Abstract
Abstract: Alumni information is very important and needed by universities in the process
Accreditation, however, not many universities have a track record of their alumni graduates so
this condition results in almost no feedback from alumni to improve the quality of education for
the universities themselves. The aim of this research is to build a tracer study application based
on a website which includes questionnaire data processing, alumni discussion forums, information
on job vacancies and statistical aspects of participant assessment. This research was conducted
at the Muhammadiyah University of Parepare for 2 (two) months with analysis of previous
applications to make it easier to build a website-based application. With this tracer study
application, it will increase intensive use of the application by alumni and minimize application
users not filling out the tracer study survey because to use all the application features alumni
must fill out the tracer study survey first so that alumni who use this application are guaranteed
to have filled out the survey.
