A clinic, as one of the healthcare service institutions, requires the presence of an
information system that is fast, precise, and accurate in order to enhance its services. The service
is so extensive that many complex issues arise. The Muslimah Clinic is a beauty clinic that offers
beauty treatment services. The purpose of this research is to design a web-based beauty clinic
application that manages data related to patients, administrators, doctors, treatments, product
sales, and consultation data with the help of computers. Using qualitative research methods,
namely the processes of needs analysis, system design, and program implementation. This
information system is designed using the PHP programming language, while the database uses
MySQL. The results of the web-based information system application design can facilitate the
admin in managing every activity carried out at the Muslimah Clinic in Parepare City, including
patient data, admin, doctors, treatments, product sales, and consultation data.
