This research was motivated by the author wanting to make it easier for residents to access data because before this research was carried out, access to information was only from staff and manual information boards. The aim of this research is to serve as an information system or container for delivery and databases. The type of research used is descriptive research, which provides an overview of the phenomena that actually occur and uses a qualitative approach. This research produces an information system that can store and produce assistance data output.
