Abstract

The current younger generation is less concerned about getting to know Wayang Purwa, making it difficult to maintain the sustainability of cultural heritage. This research aims to introduce the character of Wayang Purwa to Indonesian people, especially outside Javanese, through an interesting and easy to access digital platform. This research uses qualitative methods by collecting data from books, articles, journals and other relevant sources. This application was created using the Three JS library and the 3D model using Blender. The research results show that the application is successful in displaying Wayang characters with 3D models interactively, presenting information about Wayang Purwa that is complete and easy to understand for users, especially the younger generation.
