Abstract

The current market retribution system still uses a manual system that can cause security problems in data storage, payment, fraud, and slow reporting of retribution funds. This
research aims to create a market levy payment management system to realize practical management of levy funds. This research uses qualitative methods based on literature studies, interviews, and observations for two months at the Lakessi Market, Parepare City. Using RFID combined with Arduino, which is programmed using Delphi and object Pascal language, and
MySQL as the database. The results of making a tool using smart cards: retribution payments can be made electronically, reducing the risk of fraud and recording errors, providing
convenience for traders to make transactions, and making it easier for market managers to monitor and manage retribution transactions in real-time.
