Abstract

The corn shelling process requires a lot of energy and a long time, especially for farmers who have abundant corn harvests. This study aims to create an electronic circuit that can efficiently shell corn as desired. Using a quantitative research method based on research and development by testing the function of the tool circuit using Arduino Uno, motor driver, I2C LCD, DC motor, power supply, and push button. The results of testing the direct current (DC) motor using a PWM value of 40% show that the speed is 1143 RPM, when connected to the
corn sheller, the speed is 943 RPM, and during the shelling process, the speed is 692 RPM.
