The disciplinary system with recording and calculating student violations that are still manual, is not only time-consuming, but also prone to recording errors, data loss, and delays in information processing. The accuracy of the data generated from this manual system is also doubtful, because there is a possibility of incompatibility in data calculations. This research designed an application that is able to improve the efficiency of student data processing by
replacing manual processes with web-based. The input of student violations can be accessed in real-time, taking the information faster and more precisely. Qualitative research methods include data collection, design, and application testing using the visual studio code editor, xampp, Google
Chrome Browser, This web application uses MySQL database and HTML, PHP, Java Script and CSS programming languages. The results of making this application record violations committed by students automatically deduct points according to the category of violations. The application can print a warning letter for students who have lost 100 points, the warning can be made accurate, reducing errors in the name, NIS, date of birth, class, and name of the student's guardian.
