Abstract
Manual ticketing processes often face various obstacles, such as long processing times and inefficiency. Transparency in ticketing administration is essential to avoid unethical or illegal practices in the process. This research aims to develop an android based electronic ticketing application that can improve the efficiency and transparency of the ticketing process. The research method used is qualitative, with data collection techniques in the form of a literature
study, observation, and interviews. The result of this research is an application equipped with main features such as user management, ticket generation, ticket data Management, reports and statistics, as well as notifications and payments. This electronic ticketing application shows
success in making it easier for traffic police officers to carry out the ticketing process in a fast, efficient, and transparent way.
