Original Income. The method used in this research is a qualitative approach which utilizes informants from elements of village officials, hamlet heads and community leaders. The results obtained in this research include supporting an increase in original village income (PADes) in Tokkonan Village, so an important step that must be taken by the village government is optimizing the role of BUMDes. So that the potential of Tokkonan Village can be managed optimally. The strategy that is considered appropriate for re- ptimizing the role of BUMDes in Tokkonan Village is through a process in the Community Empowerment Concept which onsists of Awareness, Training, Mentoring and Evaluation. Some of the potential possessed by Tokkonan Village, such as the Potential for Productive Crops, the Potential for Religious Tourism and Educational Tourism and Nature Tourism, have quite large economic value in supporting the increase in Village Original Income, only because the role of BUMDes is not optimal, so this potential has not been able to be managed effectively. maximum
