Abstract
Disaster management planning in Hospitals is a disaster
management planning activity, both occurring in the Hospital
(Hospital plan) and planning at home if a disaster occurs
outside. The role of Hospitals as the spearhead of medical
services must be active in times of disaster. The aim of this research is first to know Management Commitment, secondly Medical and non-Medical Support and thirdly to know
Government Support in Implementing the Hospital Disaster
Plan Policy at Madising Regional Hospital, Pinrang
Regency. This research is a descriptive qualitative method by
collecting data through interviews, observation and document
review. This research was conducted at Madising District
Hospital, Pinrang Regency with 9 informants, 2 main
informants and 7 supporting informants. The Hospital
disaster plan at Madising Hospital has not been implemented
optimally, for officers there are those who have and have not
participated in training. And the Government has a role in
response management. Disasters in collaboration with
Hospitals. At the Hospital, it is hoped that the disaster
management team will carry out its duties and functions well.
