TEACHERS’ STRATEGIES IN TEACHING ENGLISH AT TELEVISION PROGRAM PRODUCTION AND BROADCAST CLASS AT SMK NEGERI 3 PAREPARE

ChslJenges involve a geoend erm-jculiim that lacks specificity, books that do not match the vocational program, and material that is hard for studente, This research aims to expïore tmchera' teaching strategies in dwaling with these obstacles, in the hope of contributing to improving the quality of English laziguagc learning in vc<ationaï schoo]s.This study aims to find out the teachers strategy in teaching English in Televisiprl Program Production and Broadcast class and students'response be teaching strategy. This rusuarc6 lmug6 ptive qualitative method with percentage to get the data. The ample of this study toñsisied of two Cinglish leathers and students of ’Television Program Production and Broadcast class 8t SMK Negeri 3 Parepam. To collect data, the searcher used two research instruments, nameiy; classroom observation and interview.’The results of the study show that there are four types of strategies that are often used by teachers, namely lecturer method group discussion, the use of mulltimedia, and student presentation.
