Currently, there has been significant progress in the quality of service at the Batulappa District office regarding work discipline and work motivation for employees at the Batulappa District office. The aim of this research was to evaluate employees regarding work discipline and work motivation
at the Batulappa sub-district office. The data collection techniques used in this research are documentation and questionnaires. The research method used is descriptive quantitative. The sampling technique uses a purposive
sampling method. The sample in this study was employees of the
Batulappa sub-district office in the Batulappa sub-district office with a total of 34 respondents. Data was collected using a questionnaire and analyzed using quantitative methods using the SmartPls 4.0 program. 1.) The research results found that Work Discipline has a positive and significant influence on Service Quality at the Batulappa District Office, Pinrang
Regency. 2.) Work Motivation has a positive and significant influence on Service Quality at the Batulappa District Office, Pinrang Regency
