Abstract
MUAMMAR. Android-Based Human Skeletal System Application (supervised by Mrs. Marlina and Mr. Mugaffir Yunus).Learning the human skeleton through conventional methods is often considered boring by students, so innovative solutions are needed to increase interest in learning. Augmented Reality (AR) technology, which is still new among students, offers the potential to create a more interesting and interactive learning experience. This study aims to develop an Android-based human skeleton learning application to make it easier for students to learn the names of human bones along with their Latin names and additional information about each bone. The research method includes application development using Unity Editor, Blender, Visual Studio Code, and EasyAR software. This application is designed with interactive features and is equipped with complete information about the human skeleton system. Testing is carried out using a black box appoach to verify the functionality of the application and a white box to ensure the code runs according to design. The application trial also involved students to measure its effectiveness in learning and to understand student responses to AR technology. The results of the study showed that the developed application functioned well according to design. All features ran smoothly, including the user interface, button functionality, and interaction with bone information. Based on the results of the questionnaire, 84.7% of students gave a positive response to the application, although most of them were initially unfamiliar with AR technology. In conclusion, the Android-based human skeleton learning application with AR technology is effective in increasing students' interest and understanding of the learning material.
