Abstract

Nur Aisyah Risqullah, 2025. The author raised the title of the thesis “Analysis of the Readiness of Islamic Religious Education Teachers in Implementing the Independent Curriculum at UPTD SD Negeri 20 Parepare”. The purpose of this thesis research is to find out how the picture of the readiness of Islamic Religious Education teachers in implementing the independent curriculum at UPTD SD Negeri 20 Parepare, as well as what factors support and hinder Islamic Religious Education Teachers in implementing the independent curriculum at UPTD SD Negeri 20 Parepare. The preparation of this thesis was guide by Mrs. Dr. Salmiati, M.Pd.I. and Mr. Dr. Amir Patintingan, M.Pd. The type of research used is field research conducted at UPTD SD Negeri 20 Parepare, using a qualitative research approach, there are two data sources used, namely primary data sources including students and Islamic Religious Education educators and secondary data source including documentation result and various literature in the form of books, journals, articles related to the research, the research instruments used are the researchers themselves, observation guidelines, interview guidelines and documentation guidelines, data collection techniques used are observation, interviews, and documentation. The data analysis techniques used are observation, interviews, and documentation, the data analysis techniques used are data reduction, data presentation and data collection and drawing conclusions. The results of study showed that (1) The readiness of Islamic Religious Education teachers in implementing the independent curriculum at UPTD SD Negeri 20 Parepare was generally ready. (2) There are several factors supporting teachers readiness, namely teachers actively participating in training and support and motivation from the principal. However, there are also inhibiting factors, namely tha lack of understanding of Islamic Religious Education teacher, the use of learning methods and facilities and infrastructure for LCD learning media.
