Abstract

Theَّbusinessَّofَّprovidingَّservicesَّorَّsellingَّproductsَّisَّcurrentlyَّgrowingَّrapidlyَّ andَّ becomingَّ oneَّ ofَّ theَّ mostَّ promisingَّ profit-makingَّ sectors.َّ Inَّ aَّconditionَّ ofَّ increasinglyَّ tightَّ competition,َّ businessَّ operatorsَّ mustَّ beَّ ableَّ toَّprovideَّ betterَّandَّmoreَّefficientَّ servicesَّtoَّtheirَّcustomersَّinَّ orderَّtoَّmaintainَّmarketَّshare.َّInَّorderَّtoَّenhanceَّserviceَّandَّbusinessَّefficiency,َّtheَّdevelopmentَّofَّaَّ productَّorderingَّapplicationَّ becomesَّ veryَّimportant.َّTherefore,َّaَّ systemَّisَّneededَّtoَّ provideَّ easeَّ andَّ practicalityَّ inَّ placingَّ orders,َّmakingَّ payments,َّ andَّallowingَّcustomersَّtoَّaccessَّinformationَّaboutَّavailableَّproductsَّandَّtheَّstatusَّofَّtheirَّorders.َّTheَّuseَّofَّtheَّapplicationَّcanَّalsoَّsaveَّcostsَّandَّtimeَّrequiredَّinَّtheَّbusinessَّprocess,َّasَّwellَّasَّimproveَّthe qualityَّofَّserviceَّprovided.َّOnَّtheَّotherَّhand,َّtheَّsecurityَّandَّprivacyَّofَّcustomerَّdataَّmustَّbeَّconsidered.َّThisَّaimsَّtoَّmaintainَّcustomerَّtrustَّandَّpreventَّcybercrimeَّactivitiesَّthatَّcouldَّendangerَّtheَّbusinessَّandَّitsَّUsers.َّWithَّthisَّsystem,َّitَّisَّexpectedَّtoَّimproveَّtheَّefficiencyَّofَّserviceَّandَّproductَّorderingَّandَّimpactَّincludingَّtheَّimprovementَّofَّoperationalَّquality,َّincreasedَّcustomerَّsatisfaction,َّandَّpromoteَّsustainableَّbusinessَّgrowth.َّThisَّresearchَّusesَّaَّqualitativeَّmethodَّinَّtheَّdevelopmentَّandَّdesignَّofَّtheَّsystemَّtoَّunderstandَّtheَّbookingَّserviceَّandَّproductَّsales,َّsuchَّasَّtheَّdataَّofَّproductsَّsoldَّatَّPT.َّMitraَّMakassarَّandَّtheَّservicesَّavailable.َّTheَّresearchَّwasَّconductedَّatَّPT.َّMitraَّMakassarَّwithَّaَّsuccessَّrateَّofَّ96.3َّpercentَّobtainedَّfromَّaَّsurveyَّofَّpartnerَّ agents.َّ Basedَّ onَّ theَّ researchَّ conducted,َّ theَّ web-basedَّ applicationَّdevelopedَّ forَّ PT.َّ Mitraَّ Makassarَّ hasَّ provenَّ toَّ increaseَّ theَّ efficiencyَّ ofَّtransactionsَّandَّtheَّproductَّorderingَّprocess,َّthusَّprovidingَّsignificantَّbenefitsَّforَّagentsَّandَّenhancingَّcustomerَّsatisfaction.
