Abstract

RIDWAN, 2024. The title chosen by the author is Human Resources Development Strategy in improving Employee Performance at the UPTD PSDA Office in the Saddang River area, Pinrang Regency. Thesis for the Management Study Program, Faculty of Economics and Business,Muhammadiyah University, Parepare.This research aims to find out how the Human Resources Development Strategy improves the performance of employees at the UPTD PSDA office in
the Saddang River area, Pinrang Regency. The data collection techniques used in this research are nterviews,documentation and observation. The data analysis technique used in this research is qualitative descriptive analysis, the data presented in this research is in accordance with what happens in the field.The results of this research show that the UPTD PSDA Office in the Saddang River Region, Pinrang Regency, improves employee performance through formal education which is fully supported by the office and non-formal education which is carried out independently outside of working hours. In addition, informal and non-formal training is also provided to develop daily skills and prepare employees for higher positions. Human Resources (HR)
Development at the UPTD PSDA Office in the Saddang River Region, Pinrang Regency, improves employee performance through target evaluation and training monitoring.Assessment is carried out in stages by monitoring training results and FGD discussions for problem solutions.
